Sheppard's Pie

You will not believe how much we talk or think about food, from recommending a dish, restaurant or even voicing a sudden craving!  This morning I was talking to a friend about Sheppard’s Pie, a traditional Irish comfort food. I remember growing up and having our own family version of this as a kid with not just a traditional mashed potato topping, complete with potato chips and, every kids favorite,-Ketchup! I guess I know what I am having for dinner! Do share your thoughts on Sheppard’s Pie and how you give it your own individual attitude of flavor-I personally like to cook the meat with a bit of Worcestershire Sauce; a real pungent tangy kick in the mouth!

Sunday Dinner

Happy Monday Everyone!
Hopefully you all had a great weekend, today's subject....Sunday Dinner! My family favorite is the old fashioned Meatloaf! Little secret, if your worried about dry meatloaf, I use already prepared stove top stuffing as opposed to just breadcrumbs, it eliminates the salt factor because it's already packed with a variety of seasonings. Also for some kick to your bite, use your favorite BBQ sauce!-Do share you favorite Sunday dinner meals and secrets! Also if you know some good spots to dine out for some home style meatloaf, that would be great! Bon Apetite!
